You can program the flights
It has security  equipment
It`s safe
They have flight attendants, who take care  the passengers
It`s clean

Disadvantages
It`s expensive
You can`t  use the mobile, or laptop computer when the plane is getting the fly
The pilot is responsable for the security of the plane
Can be dangerous,  if the plane crash or doesn`t have fuel
You have to wait a long time, if you go to another continent
